Khloe Kardashian lost 35 pounds by hitting the gym regularly for several months. This week she found her way back to her old routine, for the first time in about two months. Khloe hadn’t been to the gym since Lamar Odom nearly died from an accidental overdose in October.
On Wednesday, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shared an Instragram photo of herself at the gym, along with an admission of how difficult it was starting up again.
“Yesterday’s struggle of trying to get back in the gym. Trying to find my rhythm. Who’s having trouble finding their gym rhythm?” Khloe Kardashian captioned the shot.
It seems she headed back to the gym again on Thursday, too.
