Caitlyn Jenner Featured on Disgusting Auckland, New Zealand Billboard

Caitlyn Jenner–or at least an unauthorized photo of her–was featured on a disgusting billboard in Auckland. A sign company from New Zealand clearly mocked the former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, and has since made a $1000 donation to a LGBT group after the billboard sparked outrage.

Displayed in East Tamaki, the billboard featured a copied photo of Caitlyn Jenner from her famous Vanity Fair coming out photo shoot. A caption read, “I hope your sack is fuller than mine this Christmas. Merry Christmas from Cranium.”

Cranium, the Auckland-based company behind the ad, has since apologized for the poor choice, and donated $1000 to Rainbow Youth. The director claimed the sign had created a “hate campaign”.

Rebecca Jone is the mother of a nine-year-old transgender boy. She was the one who suggested a donation be made after complaining to the company that the billboard was transphobic.

“It was absolutely disgusting,” she said. “Transgender people aren’t to be ridiculed.

“Transgender suicide rates are extremely high. If they had put a racist board up, would they have got away with it? They shouldn’t be mocking a marginalised sector of society.”

“My son faces transphobia every single day,” she said.

The sign featuring Caitlyn Jenner’s likeness has since been covered up.

So far there’s been no comment issued on behalf of Caitlyn Jenner, her publicist, or her family members about the vile billboard.

Caitlyn Jenner was recently sported in New Orleans with ex-wife Kris Jenner, filming an episode of her reality show, I Am Cait.
